Local Delivery & Pickup Policy
We are pleased to offer Local Delivery and Collection services to better serve our customers. Please review the following terms carefully regarding these services.
Local Delivery
Availability:
Local delivery is available for customers within a 16-mile radius of our store located at Market House Arcade, Market Street, Launceston, PL158EP. Deliveries are made between 9am - 6pm, Monday through Saturday. We are closed on Sundays.
Order Minimum:
To qualify for local delivery, there is a minimum order requirement of £5 for orders up to 3 miles, £10 from 3 miles to 5 miles and £20 from 5 miles to 16 miles. Orders below this amount are not eligible for delivery.
Delivery Fees:
• Up to 1 mile - Free
• Up to 2 miles - Free
• Up to 3 miles - Free
• Up to 5 miles - £5
• Up to 16 miles - £16
Delivery Times:
We aim to deliver all local orders within 30 minutes of the order being placed. For same-day delivery, orders must be placed before 6pm, Monday - Saturday. We are closed on Sundays. Delivery times may vary during peak hours, but we will notify you of any delays.
Age Verification – Challenge 25:
We strictly follow the Challenge 25 policy. If you appear to be under the age of 25, our delivery driver will ask you to present a valid form of ID proving that you are 18 or older. Accepted forms of ID include:
• Passport
• Driving license
• PASS-accredited ID card (e.g., CitizenCard)
If you cannot provide valid ID at the time of delivery, we will not be able to complete the delivery, and a re-delivery fee may apply.
Click & Collect (In-Store Pickup)
Availability:
Our Click & Collect service allows you to place your order online and collect it from our store during business hours. Orders will be ready for collection within 1 hour, and you will receive a confirmation via email when your order is ready for pickup.
Collection Location:
Orders can be collected at Gee Vapes, Market House Arcade, Market Street, Launceston, PL158EP.
Collection Hours:
You can collect your order between 9am - 6pm, Monday through Saturday. We are closed on Sundays.
Order Confirmation:
When collecting your order, please bring your order confirmation (email).
Age Verification – Challenge 25:
The Challenge 25 policy also applies to in-store collections. If you appear to be under 25, you will be asked to present valid ID proving you are 18 or older. We will not be able to release the order without valid identification.
